If a child is below 8 years old, but his height is above 1.35 meters, when traveling on the road, what must he wear?

If a child is below 8, but big-sized, should use booster seats to raise his/her height to the level where they can safely use adult seat belts. Age criterion is no longer applied in new rules since Jan 1, 2012.
